How does the 30% deposit work?
You pay 30% online to secure your spot (non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before). The remaining 70% is paid on tour day, in cash (MXN or USD) or by card.
What if I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour: 100% deposit refund. After that, the 30% deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule at no cost (subject to availability).
Are tours private or shared?
By default they are small shared groups. For a private tour for your family or group, message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, we pick up from hotels and Airbnbs inside the historic center of Oaxaca and nearby areas at no extra cost. For accommodations outside the center, please check before booking.
What's included in the tour price?
Round-trip transportation and guide. Some tours include food or tastings (specified for each). Not included: tips, unspecified entrance fees and personal purchases. Check each tour's details when booking.
Do guides speak English?
Yes. Our guides are bilingual (Spanish/English). If you need another language, let us know when booking and we'll arrange a specialist guide for an additional fee.
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Yes. Payments are processed with Stripe, the same platform used by Amazon, Booking and Airbnb. We never see or store your card details. You'll receive email confirmation immediately.
